About Me
- Celia Kennedy
- I'm an artist and designer from Christchurch, New Zealand. I make burlap buntings with glittery lettering, tags, christmas craft goodies and original collage pieces from the hill top house I share with my son Gabriel, cat Tintin and our dog Snoopy. I like to work on a number of creative ideas all at once, keeps it interesting and ideas often come through better that way. I find inspiration everywhere, so many of my ideas come from happy accidents. Mainly I'm interested in putting words and texture together, combined maybe with a little bit of stitching, creating hopefully something very beautiful. A thing worth keeping. I love surfing on etsy, making beautiful things, super 8 film, collecting vintage teacups and ceramic jugs, vintage seam binding ribbon, taking pictures and I love my vegetable garden.
